Deposits, invoices, and payments are accepted securely online through Stripe — supporting all major credit and debit cards.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not confirmed until your inquiry has been approved and the required deposit has been received. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Remaining balances are due no later than 72 hours before the scheduled service or event. If the final balance is not received by the deadline, service may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled based on preparation timeline and availability.
Meal prep orders must be confirmed and paid in full via Stripe before preparation begins. Orders are not added to the weekly schedule until payment has been received. Because ingredients, planning, and preparation are arranged in advance, meal prep payments are final once the order has been confirmed.
Dining experience seats are reserved through advance ticket purchase or confirmed RSVP payment via Stripe. Seats are limited and are not confirmed until payment has been received. Event details, location, timing, menu notes, and preparation instructions will be shared after confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible — rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability, menu planning, ingredient purchasing, and preparation timeline. Cancellations made after final payment may not be eligible for a refund due to planning, purchasing, preparation, and scheduling commitments.
All deposits, invoices, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stripe supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. We do not accept payment through any other platform.
